Whoever answers the phone for this company is wildly unprofessionally and seemingly incompetent. Been living in one of their buildings for 6 years now - the dryer here, which is ancient, breaks several times a year. We are now on week 5 of it being broken. Our apartment building was sprayed for cockroaches this last week. I called Seville this morning at almost 10am, seemingly waking up whoever (Tammy?) answered the phone. She claimed she had no idea the dryer was broken, despite speaking with her 2 weeks ago about it. She also claimed she knew nothing about cockroaches or buildings being sprayed, and abruptly hung up. We've (politely and calmly) complained in the past about people smoking in the building, earwig infestations, and the dryer being broken. The customer service is always the same. She starts off irate or at the very least irritated, claims ignorance, and hangs up. I do not recommend anyone to do business with these people, let alone live in one of their buildings. You will not be cared for, as they do not care.
